BADGERITE LUME MATERIAL
The ARC II – Dm lume is powered by Badgerite – a material James Thompson aka Black Badger developed in close cooperation with the manufacturers of Super-LumiNova® – same material used throughout the upper end of the Swiss watch industry.

D'ARC MATTER
D’arc Matter is an entirely new composite material made for the ARC II, developed by feeding Swedish slate stone through an industrial coffee grinder and then casting it under high pressure in a vacuum chamber. The result is a stone surface with a dark matte finish that limits reflection on the dial and enhances the distinct look of the ARC II.

Wearing one of our watches is kinda this intricate experience that you notice little by little. Very downplayed and subtle at first glance. But then up close, everything from the legible dial, the square crown, to the feel of the curved and ergonomic shape of the case – to how the finishes interact with the light in the room – creates this multifaceted experience that’s very unique while still not being in your face.
