Returns & Refund Policy

At Arcanaut, most watches are produced in small batches, as limited editions, or as unique pieces. As a result, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns on watches that are clearly designated as non-limited, non-unique standard production models at the time of purchase.

Limited editions, unique pieces, experimental models, watches with customizations, and watches produced in small numbered batches are not eligible for return or refund.

If your watch qualifies as a standard production model, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the watch must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, handling beyond normal inspection, damage, or missing components.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@arcanaut.dk within 14 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Limited editions

  • Unique or one-off pieces

  • Experimental models (including Fordite watches and similar material experiments)

  • Watches with custom casebacks or any form of customization

  • Special orders or watches produced on request

  • Any item marked as final sale

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@arcanaut.dk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–12 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
