Honouring the past with a dial from the future
There are few nations as well-regarded for their design prowess as Denmark. Here at Arcanaut, we take our role as custodians of Scandinavian design seriously and want to pay homage to the clean lines and cerebral elegance of iconic objects that have built our homeland's international reputation over the years.
The Klint model is all about the purity of design. Using a crisp titanium dioxide composite, paired with tone-on-tone white Lumicast hour markers and a subtly redesigned "Chevron" handset, we have created our most serene model yet. We hope you like it and the bold statement it makes on the wrist.
If the model is sold out on our site, don’t forget to check in with our retailers Collective Horology in California and INDP Watches in Stockholm.
All of our watches in the Composites collection are powered by Swiss-made automatic movements by Soprod (M100), which are regulated in-house by our watchmakers in Copenhagen.
The Klint is made in limited batches and there will just be ten pieces made in 2024.
Limited production of 10 pieces in 2024 — estimated dispatch 8–10 weeks.

Description
What is Klint dial made from?
We mix titanium dioxide with an ultra-clear binding agent and form structurally consistent millable plates that are then cut into the traditional Arcanaut dial design before having solid LumiCast hour markers applied by our Swiss partners RC Tritec. The white-on-white effect means the lume blocks are almost invisible during daylight and look like 3D elements of the dial itself. However, they emit a ghostly white glow when the lights get low...
Case
316L stainless steel case, CNC milled north of Copenhagen with tolerances down to a micron (a thousandth of a millimeter or about the same size as a bacteria). The case has a matte micro bead blasted finish, with hand-polished highlights applied by our Danish watchmakers. As with all our watches, the case features our signature "Pentablock" crown, which is shaped to follow the form of the case perfectly.
Hands
Our laser-cut micro-welded steel hands are made and hand-finished in Denmark. The Klint model features our "Chevron" hour hand for the very first time to improve legibility.
Straps
There are nine strap colours available for the Arc II case. You'll have a chance to choose your preferred colour after payment and before delivery (we'll contact you). Our strap types are Axe Red, Void Blue, Fett Green, Rex Brown, Kakarot Orange, Bondi Blue, Replicant White, Mellow Yellow, and Black (just black).

Why can’t I buy the Clocktopus signet ring I saw on social media?
The Clocktopus signet ring was originally intended for Arcanaut team members and behind-the-scenes collaborators, but we wanted to show how much we value and appreciate the early adopters in our community.
